| 731849 | 2008-12-22 22:34:00 | Try this folks. I make it every year. Fantastic! Tequila Christmas Cake Ingredients: 1 cup Water 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 cup Sugar 1 tsp Salt 1 cup Brown Sugar 3 Large Eggs 2 cups Dried Fruit 1 bottle Tequila Lemon Juice Nuts Sample the Tequila to check quality. Take a lage bowl and check Tequila again. To be sure it is of highest quality, pour one level cup and drink. Repeat. Turn on the electric mixer. Beat one cup of Butter in a large fluffy bowl. Add one teaspoon of Sugar or Salt (whatever) and beat again. At this point its best to make sure that the Tequila is still OK- try another cupfull, just in case. Turn on the mixery thingy, break two eggs and add to the bowl then chuck the cup of dried fruit. Pick the fruit up off the floor. Mix on the turner. If the fried druit gets stuck in the beateres, just pry it loose with a drewscriver. Sample again the Tequila to check for tonsisticity. Next, sift two cups of salt or something. Check the Tequila. Now shift the lemon juice and strain or sqeeze your nuts. Add one table and another spoon, whatever you fancy. Greash the oven. Turn the cake tin 360 degrees. Try not to fall over. Dont forget to beat off the turner. Finally, throw the bowl out the window, finish the Tequila and wipe off the working surface with the cat. Enjoy, Merry Xmas All, blanco. |
