| 733658 | 2008-12-30 09:12:00 | Nokia's have a setting called DTMF and when this is OFF then entering a pin# is not recognised, which is why I asked. Ring *123 and ask them to reset the pin. |

| 733659 | 2008-12-30 09:20:00 | Try **00 SND If that doesn't work - Did you actually set up the mail box - if you didn't then thats why, at some point you have to give it a pin you will (hopefully) remember. Have a look at This PDF (www.telecom.co.nz) Or dial 083210 and follow the prompts ( hopefully its in english) :) Edited: the menu on that PDF tell you how to change the pin or set up an optional one. Dont know how well all the works - I have vodafone. |

Why didnt voicemail say that instead of wrong pin or wrong mailbox no It could have said, create a mailbox and how 123 arent there. The useless idiots, they go till 9. Haveta wait till tomorrow I did ring 083210, all it says is please enter the pin lol, and goes no further, it repeats itself till u put something in (which I dont know but ** then # works), but then it ask for the mailbox, which I dont have I'll try **00 SND, since nothing else works. Whats SND?? That the same as talk?? Coz this cell doesnt have SND. And pressing **00 talk doesnt work. Its a no such # tone |

It could have said, create a mailbox and how Awhhhh C'mon - that would take all the "fun" out of it, and make it to damn easy :p Did ya try the "Change your Pin" instructions on the Page ? "Normally" :rolleyes: your mailbox I would assume will be your phone number. |

Since I didnt put any in, and theres no option on this mobile to create one And all of these stupid PDF files ASSUME that you've got a pin, entered it, and gone to the menu. Which I cant get to, coz of the PIN |

For telecom Go prepaid Rang the 1st time the person reset it, coz I had tried so many times the bloody thing locked my voicemail lol She said she had fixed it, rang voicemail the bloody thing was still locked, so rang again. 2nd time it was fine. Put a pin in recorded my voice and that was it! |
