I see a country such as the US breaking down from the inside out (witness the last few elections, there will be a rejection of those supposedly in power) whereas China will break down from the outside in, where there is very little control at the periphery (as seen in the USSR). Different process but the same end result. It's not such a bad thing as a concept, but not so for the people at the ground level. All it will take is for one State to think they are carrying the others to start the process. Then you might see Mexico attempt to reclaim their territories on the basis of water disputes (waaaay into the future). Just my opinion! :) Andrew	andrew93 (249)
