2009-01-08 04:45:00 | I Like it, Lets have it. I do like how Gmail does photos, it embeds like a over sized thumbnail of the photo and it you want you can click on it to see it's full size, some websites do have the hover factor where you place the mouse on the photo and it enlarges - very cool

2009-01-08 04:48:00 | There are already default image/attachment max sizes set in the vBulletin control panel. The system appears to resize larger images automatically. The following image was 197 KB but it is now 100'ish KB This is how an embedded image would look like: PS* before you all get excited and start looking for this option, only the Mods have it at this stage. :p That seems a little immoderate ;)

2009-01-08 04:48:00 | I it possible to resize pictures depending on the resolution (full size if resolution is large enough)? It's hard to read a post (where there's a photo) on 800x480. | pcuser42 (130) | |
2009-01-08 05:26:00 | One of the options is to have thumbnails enabled so that only postage stamp size images are displayed. This will save on loading time for those on dialup or don't wish to view full sized embedded images. I think this would be a good compromise. :)

2009-01-08 05:36:00 | This is how it looks on Kiwibiker, Imo its the best option. You get a small preview and you can hit it if it interests you enough to check it out. Doesn't ruin the formating, The picture can be whatever size its best viewed at, You can add 2 or 3 to a post without bogging the system down www.imagef1.net.nz

2009-01-08 05:42:00 | Can you show us your thoughts? You mean my personal thoughts? I think having image posting enabled with the thumbnail option turned on (see Metla's example) would be nice. The fully embedded image that I posted before as an example could be a bit much en mass. It is really the members opinions that count. :) I have expressed an opinion to Jan and Chill on what I think of images in the signature area ...
