843586 2009-12-28 19:27:00 Well the CPU fan isnt connected. Did you plug it in after you pulled it to bits? Speedy Gonzales (78)
843587 2009-12-28 19:34:00 Now there's a point. Can you get to the BIOS? if not, try pugging in the cpu fan. The motherboard may be noticing that its not there.

In pic 3, the ram isn't fitted correctly and needs to be pressed home.

843589 2009-12-28 19:38:00 2 things that HAVE to be plugged in for a system to turn on. The CPU fan and the ATX 12v adapter. If one or the other isnt connected, it wont turn on. Is that what the Nvidia fan on the mobo is (its on the CPU)?? Speedy Gonzales (78)

pluged the fan in, and the ATX 12V connector, same story as before, everything fires up, but no display....no power comming out of all the usb ports either. :(

843593 2009-12-28 19:48:00 Stupid question but is the on/off switch on the back on lol. If its got one? Try removing the CMOS jumper for about a min, (turn it off first) then put it back on. Then see what happens Speedy Gonzales (78)
