| 1447465 | 2018-03-25 19:43:00 | got a pic of the stairs? The old ones? Already posted it. new ones? Still in garage, too heavy to move and we need to do a couple more things before we do. But they look like the old ones, except longer and less steep....lol. And not painted. Our section slopes, even with heavy rain no water pools under the house, it runs straight along and over to the neighbours. Our first house, did get water, runoff from neighbours....until husband sorted the drainage issue for them. neighbours here? Well he isn't complaining, his house isn't right by ours, and it does water his peach tree. |

| 1447466 | 2018-03-25 20:22:00 | Looks - yeah. My Danish/Swedish step father has re-renovated my Mother's unit. Dropped in a entire base level floor, lowered ceilings, and mood lights. His family/friends who visit from Scandinavia frequently are all in to designs, quaint furniture, etc. kind of classy lot (inherited maybe) more so than generational Kiwi's I reckon. | kahawai chaser (3545) | ||
