It infuriates me so much this un-proportional retaliation theory that has Israel as the bad guys. Does the Palestinian propaganda machine not realise we know full well who fired 1st ending the peace accord? How much do you understand, does our news inform you well enough? How is your history knowledge? |

Having never walked a mile in the shoes of either people I understand none of it. Personally think they should just stop reporting on it,let em eat sand and shrapnel. |

| 737283 | 2009-01-11 05:17:00 | No our news nor any other news media will never tell the whole story, you need to look further back in history, remember that land was taken from the Palestinians by the Western governments at the end of WW2 and given to the Jews who then created the Israeli state on it. I've spent time over the years trying to get my head around the whole Jew/Arab thing, in particular Israel / Palestine. But every time it goes waaay over my head. As I understand it, Palestine was Palestine until after WW2 when the U.N. ( who 'owned' Palestine at the time under some weird Charter ) decided to split it up and re-settle the Jews from (mainly) Europe there. So while I agree with Israel kicking the arse of any tosser who wants to lob missiles over the border, I can understand the Palestinians being a tad miffed about the whole deal. But as I said, my knowledge is 1% of sweet F.A.! :D |
