my mobo needs to be replaced, any suggestions?

it needs to accept my e8400 CPU
it needs to accept my DDR2 800MHz rams
it needs to accept my 250GTS graphic card
it needs to be purchaseable in NZ
preferably SLI ready
under $300.....

is it possible? any suggestions?

thanks speedy i was looking at that as well, the only problem is I have never heard of this XPC and I dnt know their reputation----what if stuff breaks and needs to be sent back to them and get replaced? I dnt really know how good they are at after-sales service..any ideas?

and it is out of stock... :crying
