| 843857 | 2009-12-28 08:31:00 | I have upgraded my machine to Win 7 home premium 64 bit. Was running AVG and Spyware terminator also at the time I first came across the problem of being unable to update Win 7. Thinking something in the security software was interfering with the update I tried again with them disabled/uninstalled. No luck going through the Win 7 updater or directly from MS website Any ideas how I can do the updates? Thanks KP |

| 843858 | 2009-12-28 08:34:00 | If MSSE is installed, uninstall AVG, you dont need 2 AV programs. Did you turn updates on?? Or select an option under change settings (under WU in the menu). Then check for updates? Since you've just installed Win7, have you installed the drivers (if any are needed)? | Speedy Gonzales (78) | ||
