737821 2009-01-14 02:33:00 Well it cant get on the net anyway.

Dont think its got any NIC of any kind on it

So, I'll have to use flash drives to copy whatever to it

It loads pretty fast actually, not that slow @ all

I've already killed most of the things in it. Its a slipstreamed install

737822 2009-01-14 03:35:00 It has no network capability at all. There's only a dial-up modem and infra-red built in. :D

I used a PCMCIA network card, until that broke. :(

737823 2009-01-14 03:38:00 lol . Its got a floppy hasnt it . I wondered why the XP cd did nothing .

It needs a BIOS update . Only prob is, I have no floppies to do it

If I knew where this PCMCIA slot was, I could get a card lol

737824 2009-01-14 03:41:00 It's on the right, at the back. There's two slots.

It has a proprietary port for a floppy. BTW if you can get that parallel one I gave you working, you might be able to use that. :D

737825 2009-01-14 03:45:00 The slot by the infra red then? I thought this was the floppy?

I guess not :p

Because the back ports on the back are VGA and printer right?

And the floppy opposite ? I may have the floppy, I have no disks :badpc:

737826 2009-01-14 03:54:00 Sorry to hijackthis thread, but I've got an IR USB adapter at home...and I was wondering if its still worth anything? If not I can give it to anyone who wants it Blam (54)
737827 2009-01-14 03:56:00 We should change the topic to the for sale thread :p Speedy Gonzales (78)

There's no integrated floppy drive, which is why I gave you the parallel one. ;)

Yes, the rear ports are VGA and parallel. I believe serial is there somewhere as well.
