| 738291 | 2009-01-14 00:47:00 | I had a bad buyer during the past 6 years of my trading.He used buy now but never contacted or bought anything . Obviously he didn't read my email as the feedback i got was that " SHE WAS MEAN" .The last time I looked at myself I was still a young decent looking male. I experienced one bad seller who sold a faulty charger and failed to replace it and said that there is no warranty however Dicksmith had a charger so my friend bought it off them at $30. Never buy a digital camera that has carries an unknown brand otherwise the camera is likely to go plonk in a few months and therefore you'll face the wall and ask yourself how much you fail |

Seller could not be contacted after repeated emails, he sent me an email 3/1 to say he has been on holiday but I heard nothing since. Talking to the complaints services team is really a problem - they refer me to the Police, but I have not concluded the transaction - it just never happened. No $ exchanged hands. Any suggestions on what to do now? sarel i have also found sellers to be a bit slow over xmas.... give it a few more days then put the hard word on the trademe people. |

| 738294 | 2009-01-14 02:19:00 | They give you a red face back unjustly, then email TradeMe support and they'll just remove it. People just arent "harsh" enough .. TM won't remove it. They won't get involved in feedback disputes. I care not. If they rip me off I give bad feedback. If they give it back, well people can read. I had one stupid woman try to threaten me with her husband the policeman because I gave her bad feedback, I told her if her husband turned up I'd ring the local station and ask them why their cop was here over a website comment system. |

| 738299 | 2009-01-14 04:49:00 | I gave a guy a unhappy face, for sending stuff from Hong Kong (against the TM rules). He denied it of course. Sent me an e-mail asking me what could he do to reverse it. I told him stop with the "sent from NZ" bs. He wasn't a happy camper. Bad feed back is a good thing, If a guy has one baddie out of many goodies I'll read it but usually its just someone thats p*ssed off for some trivial thing. But I have decided on many occasions not to deal with someone because of bad feedback. |
