The better half, and I (being dragged along ;) ) went in to buy a new Sewing machine - she saw what she wanted, grabbed one off of the display pile they had on the shop floor - paid for it - took it home and half the bits were missing and not packed correctly - promptly jumped in the car, took it back. I insisted the replacement was open in front of us to check for missing parts - all OK, and this time correctly packaged :thumbs: |

| 740759 | 2009-01-21 03:37:00 | I wouldn't have a problem buying a repaired set - provided they labeled it as so and it came with the standard warranty and everything, and the repair could be guaranteed as quality work. If not, then at least put a discount on it. (like Dick Smith do) But pretending it's new and then denying it .. well that's just stupid |
