739299 2009-01-16 06:32:00 I have been convinced to sign up for bebo, and I know it doesn't encourage the use of proper English by it's members, but the site itself has a simple grammatical error. When I became a member of the Bebo AC/DC fanclub, it said "Your a member" :horrified

I can understand typos & some of the exception to the rule grammatical mistakes, but your vs you're is an appalling mistake for a highly influential site to make.

739300 2009-01-16 06:36:00 so, Your a member,whats the problem? Metla (12)
739301 2009-01-16 06:47:00 Metla doesn't know his proper grammar....

Should read "You're"

Though it's not really a big deal.

Influential? Bebo is for children.....seems that way here - all the teenyboppers are on it.

739304 2009-01-16 06:52:00 You would appear to be a member of PressF1.

Correcting mistakes is not encouraged here either for some reason.

739305 2009-01-16 06:55:00 Bebo's for kids. And narcissistic sluts.

And some guys who think they're hot. Disgusting.

739307 2009-01-16 07:08:00 Well, I was just generalising.

I have bebo too. Don't really use it.

Postings on the like of Youtube, Bebo and Facebook may come back to bite when applying for a job for example.
