Wainuitech gave you a fairly big clue when he said, "I'll call Dove on Monday - BUT I may or may not get an answer, as Being in Wellington ( both myself and dove) its a Holiday here on Monday." Your post was dated Sunday and today is Monday. So how are you going to find out what you need to know today? |

| 739600 | 2009-01-18 20:32:00 | Sweep - may have put you slightly wrong there (sorry :crying) - its a holiday in Wgtn today so the Wgtn office is closed, but dove do have offices in CHCH and Auckland as well. BTW - found out the Price dove sell the laptop for Wholesale - lets say the company would need to get a real good deal to make it worth while. Considering the two models mentioned are the same price with the VGNZ26GNB listed as old stock being replaced by the VGNZ27GNB, they do have a VGNTZ26GNB but thats only a 11.1" screen. |

Thanks for that information. The issue I have with this is that you can not just get a refund just because you changed your mind. Door to door sales people are another point and consumers are protected by law. |

Hell if I got something from DSE and then found it cheaper elsewhere within there return period, I wouldn't hesitate to return it. |

Hey uh wainui are you sure you haven't mixed up the model numbers Far as I'm aware the 26 & 27GNB are current models, 26 being the base, 27 being the carbon fiber bluray model 16 & 17 are the predecessors... |

I thought that we were talking about a return policy from the company that fatjoez paid money to. DSE was not mentioned so far as I see it. Please feel free to correct me if I happen to be wrong. DSE do have a policy and I would think that Sony do as well. I have a Sony camera and it still works for me and therefore ergo ipso facto I felt no need to return it. Possibly you mean their return period as opposed to there return period. It is somewhat difficult to comprehend some posts. You can return what you want at any time to any company. Refunds are another matter. |
