Where are the whites? All along I thought that there are more whites than blacks in the USA. Looks like I'm wrong. All the whites are at home stockpiling their guns:) |

But I do think that he is a good 'TALKER'. I maybe bias but the more I look at him, the more I dislike him - nothing to do with race, colour thingy. Anyway, just wait and see. Time will prove whether he is a good or a bad president. To be fair, give him a year or so to prove himself. |

I think the lead story should be the most important NZ story. So yoiu were disapointed that the lead news item was not the usual diet of crime, accidents and court cases. Good news does not rate high with you I guess?? |

Is this a troll BKT.....?? :spam Just in case you are serious, this is the most momentous event in the history of black Americans. Their forebears 145 years were Negros slaves kidnapped by white slavers from Africa. No vote, no wages, no freedom. As recently as the 1950s black children had separate schools etc in southern states. Black Americans still regard themselves as second-class citizens and fight racial prejudice. Dare I say it, your question has more than a hint of prejudice in it too - possibly unintended. So its no surprise that black Americans are ecstatic about Obama and would flock to his inauguration. Plenty of white folk happy about it too. :thanks |
