This one has really stumped me. I have tried just about every site i can find yet still nothing. Short of a complete reinstall, or send back under warranty im not sure what to do for her. I removed norton 360 (hunk of junk). done the sfc /scannow etc, |

The warranty will only cover hardware - Not software, so you need to sort out which one it is.
To test, simply load up a linux Live CD - if the internet works its a software problem, if not then it may be hardware. |
