Their after sale service was relatively good. I sent an email stating my harddrive was not working 7 months down the line They gave me an RMA number which is suppose to be sent along with the harddrive. A few days later I heard back saying that their supplier have tested the harddrive with no faults and asked me to try again. The next day the harddrive came back. I figured out at the end that it was the power adaptor that had problem and not the harddrive but before that I emailed back saying the harddrive still does not work. They asked me to try it again on another machine and if there are further problems to send it back to them again There after sales service is pretty good if you ask me |
