739668 2009-01-17 05:50:00 Just come back from camping trip up North with the kids.
Ruakaka really nice but no dogs or bikes allowed.
Stayed 1 night in DOC camp ground 3km south of cape reinga.
Place took my breath away most beautiful beach I have ever seen. Asked DOC ranger why hardly anyone there. He said the drive down the hill puts most people off and everyone thinks it will be crowded and don't go there. Only about 15 people there on Wednesday, Bedford only just made it up hill in 1st gear.

739670 2009-01-17 06:36:00 In dod_kalt just after the bridge on the axis side there is a crate, if you lie down behind it allies cant see your legs. Great for camping, I got heaps of kills there. pine-o-cleen (2955)

Also lie down next to the chopper in Crash.

Good camping spots. Damn killcam tho
