When the tractor(front) portion of an articulated vehicle has the trail unit fitted to its turn-table, is the unit considered a single vehicle or is it a towing vehicle and trailer. The reason for the query is to establish whether the 90 kph speed limit for vehicles towing trailers applies also to normal artics as descibed above. Any reasonable answers accepted........ :o |
