I don't know what it is like to set up on the server version. I'm using hardy heron....and when I set it up it wasn't just "click" a button and everything set up itself...I followed a tutorial and everything was set up manually lol...maybe it's simpler nowUbuntu still does it pretty easy. Try setting it up with Gentoo :p .. then throw in CUPS (especially when the printer is local to Windows) |

| 741930 | 2009-01-26 19:55:00 | have 2 servers with VMware E3X 3.5 and one Terabyte NAS running, amongst other things, Untangle, ISA Server, Exchange, Win2k3 Domain Controller, Exchange, Openfiler, File and print and wordpress. They all run at the same time on vmware and its not too slow although my machines are quite decent. Trying to talk the Mrs into letting me get more but shes not convinced yet :) B |

Had the Exchange server run out of space the other day, the backup wasnt flushing the transactions logs.....shutdown, extend drive, reboot, server back up, run backup and correct transaction log flushing...brilliant, up again in 10 mins....I'd like to see someone do that on a physical box...LOL |
