741045 2009-01-22 21:17:00 I spotted this thread just as I was thinking about what to have for dinner tonight. Mostly I am prepared, but not always willingly :D, about what to have for dinner.

Last night we had cheesy type sausages with mixed salad and steamed new potatoes.
Am thinking of heating some frozen homemade bolly/nacho meat sauce, served with nacho corn chips and cheese tonight, maybe with a tomato and red onion salad.

Turn this around a bit. What do you eat when you haven't a clue what to have? I'd happily go along with Jen's PB on toast, but I am diabetic and I limit carbs, so it would be a rare treat.

Usually it all depends on whats in the fridge and pantry that's fast and appeals.

Without carbs, how about an omelette? With whatevers handy in it, mushroom, cheese, tomato...........
