A bullet would have ensured he did not make it from the front to the back of a police car. He was armed but may have been partially legless. Then one of the AOS may have made a mistake and hit the wrong person. All the above is tounge in cheek and I would suggest more seriously that it is time the new Government addressed mental health issues. |
