Ken Hi Ken, I realise you posted your question some time ago now, but I too have noticed a dramatic decrease in spam volumes over the last couple of weeks (from around 100 junk mail messages a day to mere 10s since January). I think the fact the decrease very roughly coincided with the McColo takedown is purely coincidental, wratterus: a Computerworld story (tinyurl.com) suggests that overall spam volumes quickly surged again after the spammers regrouped. So it seems more likely that Yahoo and Xtra have done something to improve their filtering. As to PaulD's question: "Who cares how much spam is in the spam folder" I do because now it only takes me seconds to check for false positives instead of almost an hour every day. Chris |

So their systems are very flawed, so nothing would surprise me. They have als ohad a few outages this week. I had urgent Rabobank emails that were delayed by 24 hours by Xtra.They have also had a few outages this week.
