| 846531 | 2010-01-07 04:25:00 | Hello, My PC has recently had Windows XP Professional installed. I have just installed iTunes and now my iPod Classic is unable to sync with iTunes. It comes up with the message "ipod is registered to another computer and it cannot authorise it". I want to be able to put all my music and playlists back onto iTunes, but am worried about losing the playlists amd music. Can you offer any help or advice as to what I need to do to remedy this situation? Regards, cpcarter. |
