No use wringing hands at the percentage of crooks per population just accept it and smack them in prison when they re offend smack them back in again. They cant burgle my house while they are in prison. There must be an economic model which says the amount it costs to incaracrate them is less than the proceeds of their crime to the general population. |

That's a very interesting thought Prefect. I, genuinely, have never heard it before ! In the many articles I have read it has never figured, but surely someone has thought of it. Am not aware of any country that has done so, least of all New Zealand. However am certainly no expert or even knowledgeable amateur ! Food for thought ! Misty :) |
