| 743963 | 2009-02-03 10:31:00 | And on a side note: Foam bandit targets racers (www.stuff.co.nz) The Marlborough Express | Tuesday, 03 February 2009 DEREK FLYNN/Marlborough Express A "phantom" with a grudge is roaming the streets of Blenheim armed with tubes of expanding building foam, exacting revenge on "wide-mouthed" boy-racer style car exhausts... Wait till that guy targets a genuine rally car, I can see all the foam coming out of his mouth. From his lungs. |

From his lungs. I have now decided to go vegetarian. Stuff a spud up the exhaust. May make the vehicle hard to start. |

| 743965 | 2009-02-03 11:05:00 | Lowering, must be embarrassing having to slow down all the time around driveways to avoid scraping the rs out of the car :) What gets me are the ones doing the sideways shuffle over speed humps and driveways when their car isn't even lowered to the point of scraping. And they take retarded lines around corners, swing wide on entry like they are in a drifting competition, what the hell for?, the car could easily follow a tighter line through the corner, and it would have been faster. |

| 743967 | 2009-02-03 11:34:00 | The jap crap is so useless they need the diesel to get the wheels spinning. Dont need it with a proper car like a Falcon. Are you threatening to kill people by stringing a wire rope across the road? You might get the timing wrong get a car load of nuns. Yep right, A car load of nuns going past my place with a loud exhaust. I do not think that will happen in the near future. I may be wrong of course. For the record I drive trucks up to 40 tons or so. My personal car is a RAV4 which is Jap crap but it gets me to work. I might add that I feel no need to spin my wheels to impress whomever. I am not threatening to kill anyone but if it happens should I just stand there and do nothing? A proper car like a falcon? Get a Holden instead or even a Ferrari or Porche. |

Do you remember the big old valve radios in cars in those days. Manual choke and no turn indicators, maybe a little flag that popped out the side that no one could see so it was arm out in the cold to indicate. It was a work of art to even get the car started sometimes but at least most things could be fixed by the owner, not like the cars today. |
