| 744012 | 2009-02-01 19:01:00 | Hi Guys I'm talking second hand (not like all the small importers who are selling new stuff imported etc) Have you had much luck selling stuff on Trademe lately ? I have not, I am just wondering weather it is the things I am selling or the prices I want or is it just the market or TradeMe itself. ? |

| 744013 | 2009-02-01 19:40:00 | I sold a film camera month or two ago - a Nikon F80 - didn't seem to take long. Sold off a few of my older PC games too and was quite surprised at how well they sold. I make the start price the reserve - and give a buy now price that is the same as well. I usually look at what other people are asking for the same thing - and what is getting bid on out of those listings. It's a market - you have to meet it. Supposedly, if nobody is buying then the price is too high for the demand. Then again, if you have crappy feedback it makes a difference - at least I know it has put me off buying a few times when I see a seller has poor feedback. If they have a few thousand feedbacks and maybe 8 negatives or so then I don't worry too much - but usually look a few pages back into the feedback to see if there is a recent negative one. |

| 744014 | 2009-02-01 19:49:00 | Just sold a M audio set up for PC for a bargain, had a good bid fight for it and got 30 bucks more then I hoped. And sold a couple of games I didnt want and got 15 bucks more then I expected. |

| 744017 | 2009-02-01 22:54:00 | Sold a Corsair RAM fan pretty quick - half a week. A $1R faulty 8800GTS only fetched me $15 though. :( Pretty soon selling my Antec 1200 and a SilenX fan - see how they go. |

I blacklist and remove bids if they have bad feedback. If for any reason I lost my 100% good feedback I would start again with a new account. |

| 744020 | 2009-02-02 00:23:00 | Sold 5 items over the last 3 weeks, 4 bought with a buy (3 within a day of listing) . Prefect - it doesn't always matter to have a 100% record of good feedback . I have only one reddy with about 70 trades but the comments reveal what a dickhead the guy was - selling pirated dvds, he was later removed from trading . When people read about what happened, they can make up their minds easily and see it wasn't my fault . It is very hard to maintain a perfect record with so many idiots out there retaliating with red feedbacks when it is their fault for a bad trade . |

Thats rather unfair, especially as spite bad feedback happens with depressing regularit As for starting again, you can't - it's against the rules.y. |
