742893	2009-01-29 02:12:00	A few of you will remember the problems I had with my Telecom BB wireless modem a few months ago. I was eventually solved when the HelpDesk said they "changed the profile" in the exchange. This morning a guy I never saw before said hello. I said politely "hi, and you are .....?" as you do. Said the guy "I've been the guy working on your BB when you had troubles - remember I briefly saw you one day when you came home to open up". I confirmed. We started talking. Turns out it was nothing of changing the profile - this guy was the Tech who had to pull in a new line from the exchange or street to my box to fix my problem. The other line was apparently totally stuffed. I wanted to ask "In what way stuffed" but he had to go. Pity. So to all who wanted to know about the profile change - there you have it. I'm still worried that I could not remember the guy. He could have carried away the house and I would have no clue to how he looked. Sarel	sarel (2490)
