So what are the principles of QA? Or some of them, anyway.

745120 2009-02-08 19:29:00 Rather than trying to give a lecture on Quality which should be much more familiar these days than 30 odd years ago when we were preaching the gospel in NZ, I'd suggest a bit of Google, for example,

www.telarcsai.co.nz some of the pdf files on this Telarc page are relevent to the medical profession.

The Wikipedia article on QA is very much centred around manufacturing and only pays lip service to its wider application.
