The site I visited (before the link was removed) looked professionally designed (so someone paid someone a lot of money), had a dot co dot nz domain but had a sound bite in an American accent (the Interweb's "lingua franca" - if this is a real NZ site, then pay some local talent to record the message). The original poster created a username that corresponded with the site name and mentioned those same words four times in five sentences, as well as posting the link to the site in his very first post. Looked damn suspicious to me! And if as I suspect some serious money has changed hands to get the site built, some of that cash would have been earmarked for the professionals who built the site to ensure a high Google ranking. If that was not part of the build deal, then someone needs a good talking to... I would probably draw a similar conclusion again in the same circumstances.... |
