| 745424 | 2009-02-08 01:24:00 | Try unplugging the phone, then plug back in and quickly listen for dialtone before it times out. When it disappears again repeat the procedure. If it gives you dialtone each time then the phone will be faulty. Otherwise you will have a fault in your internal wiring that is creating a resistance across the pair. |
