744952 2009-02-04 23:50:00 The Nokia PC Suite has the option to send messages from the application. My phone is connected via bluetooth. It attempts to send the message but then fails after a long wait.

Has anyone ever got this to work? Telecom mobile btw Nokia 6275i

Works fine for me, Nokia 6121c on Vodafone. It sounds like there is an incorrect setting with your bluetooth connection, and /or it could be firewalled. It shouldn't matter what network you are on. The only problem I have with it, is that incoming txts are always dated a few hours in the future, yet the dates are correct on the phone.

744957 2009-02-05 02:04:00 IIRC I also tried it over a cable connection through USB, but that didn't work either. pcuser42 (130)

744959 2009-02-05 02:15:00 I have Nokia suite didn't know you could send text. I have 6230i.
So do you write the text on suite and it sends it out on your linked phone?
I have cable, blootooth and infra red connection.

Yeap, it turns your computer into a txting device. I have two nokias, and it works fine on bothover bluetooth. I am using windwos XP, perhaps the nokia suite isn't compatible with all versions of windows.

744961 2009-02-05 03:56:00 Mine works on cable or bluetooth, never tried infrared although I use a PC, the laptop might do that. Bantu (52)
