Dogs are different if they have a collar I tie them up and ring council if they snarl or bite me well thats their death sentence at the Concourse. if no collar I find out where they come from and ring the council and dob the huas in for no licence. Shooting them with a slug gun I would of thought a bit of a no no. The slug would stay in body and be painful animals deserve better than that |
