Open the Tiff file, make any alterations if required, then File>Save As, in the bottom box, scroll down to the format you want to save it as. Windows own Picture and Fax Viewer should also be able to, just tried it here, open the picture, click on the floppy disc icon on the bottom toolbar which should be Copy To, that also allows you to save in a specific format. |
