| 848665 | 2010-01-14 04:55:00 | Hey guys,problem this time is a blue screen error,it's on a friends computer.This is what was on the screen,sorry for any spelling mistakes. A problem has been detected Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME If this is the first time you have seen this error screen, restart your compiter. If this screen appears again, follow these steps. Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows update you might need. If the problem continues, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your compuiter, press F8 to select advanced setup tions, and then select safe mode. Techinical information***STOP..0x000000ED(0x8316B478,0xc00000 06,0x00000000,0x00000000) she is running XP Home SP3.Tried Safe mode etc,still comes up blue screen. |
