| 848672 | 2010-01-14 04:34:00 | OS: Win 7 x64 Ultimate There are 2 user accounts created, User X - administrator and User Y - Standard . In user account Y (standard ac type), everytime when I launch and sign in to Winodws Live Messenger, it tries to install MSTCRT.msi with the following error: " The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable, click OK to try again or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package. .." When I cencelled this installation process, it signs in OK though. It's annoying that I have to click the cancel button to close the installation window everytime. No problem signing in when I log in to user X account. Have changed the user (Y) account type to administrator but this doesn't help in stopping the above installtion error message. What is the story here? Any clue? Cheers |

| 848676 | 2010-01-14 07:19:00 | Sorry, the installation package should be: "MSTPCRT.MSI" not "MSTCRT.MSI" . When I go to the 'uninstal' program window, there is an item called 'MSTPCRT', is this a Windows 7 progam? |
