| 748059 | 2009-02-14 23:13:00 | On my main PC, when I click on a Trademe photo, the display comes up like the system on PressF1 for attachments - it displays the photo in a "popup" type window as opposed to a newTrademe page, and if I scroll through all the photos in the listing your main browser page stays on the listing page (hope that makes sense?). On my laptop and the family PC, if I click on the main pix, it comes up in a new browser page, and so on through the listing's photos. Then it is a bit of an epic sometimes to find my way back to the listing page, or the category that I found the listing in. I have not been able to find any way of replicating the main PC's display. Does anyone have any idea why the disparity, and how to get all pc's doing the same thing? Using WinXPPro and Firefox on all PC's. Thanks. |

| 748065 | 2009-02-15 10:19:00 | Thanks everyone - I have just got to the bottom of it by a process of elimination. It is connected to something unknown that I had blocked in Adblock. Once I removed a whole lot of elements that were in my Adblock prefs the Trademe pix worked as a popup window. Of course now I have to teach Adblock to get rid of a whole lot of other nasty banners etc that have come back, but I will check each one connected with fairfax at least to see if it was The Critical One. Thanks again. :) |
