HAVE YOU EVER CONSIDERED THE FACT THAT VANDALS CREATE BUSINESS? do you think EVERY peice of grafitti is cleaned-up by people on pd and community groups? NO. Ok; so i kinda didnt even think about that; i was just filling in this part for the sake of it, but as for the innocent thing; well that man has grabbed a weapon when he wasnt in danger; then chased an unarmed teen down and stabbed him to death; thats just as bad as randomly killing someone; yes the guy did tag on his wall. that doesn't justify having to carry a weapon; im sure lots of people have caught people tagging but theyve never gone out of there way to obtain and weapon and chase down the offender and then brutally stab him. As it stands this is how i see it Boy- Tagged but otherwise innocent Man- went out of his way to chase down and kill the tagger And as for another thing; im sure a phone was more closer to him than the boy was why didnt he call police? thats were all our tax dollars go so why not use them? |

Emery will be eligible for paroled release after 17 months. And here was me thinking that you listen carefully to the evidence based on facts or ( would make a decision based on fact and we do NOT want to create a precedent in law.) In my view the Jury found the defendant not guilty of murder as charged but was found guilty of the lesser charge. |

Believe it or not, I have a friend who many here would probably consider a scumbag, though he has never killed anybody or caused injuries that are considered serious enough to warrant a day's hospital stay. Because he is my friend, I don't wish the worst of sentences to be handed to him, but if ever he does a crime deserving a heavy sentence, then I will sadly step back and let justice take its course. You have to remember that what your friend did is hardly forgivable and the reaction of the public to what he did is very normal and warranted. I can see why you are defending Jah'che but you have to learn to never let your friendship with him cloud your sense of justice. |
