You have addys: myname@gmail.com myname@mybusiness.co.nz myname@myisp.net.nz You can use software installed on your computer, outlook/outlook express/thunderbird/etc..... You can pick-up the mail from all these accounts. You can send mail from any of these accounts. You can also load all these accounts up on your gmail account, then use Gmails web service to pickup all the mail, and also send from any of these accounts. |

And Thunderbird for a great free email client. If you have your own domain with email account(s), as Rob99 says, Thunderbird will handle that just fine. What I would do for that scenario though, is to set up a redirect on the me@mydomain.co.nz to my Gmail account, since many hosts don't offer IMAP email, that way Gmail stores all those emails for me. |

| 748715 | 2009-02-17 23:43:00 | Why would you want to keep emails forever?? For the same reason that I have every power bill that I have ever had since I was 18 and that was $ 4.37. And I am a sicko And I never seem to have time to go through and check them all before I delete them. |

Plus by keeping them in electronic format, it doesn't waste dead trees, they can be labelled and therefore easily found when required, and doesn't clutter up the house.... |
