| 748463 | 2009-02-17 23:12:00 | My late Mum was a christian of the best type . Religion and churches played no part in her life as she had had bad experiences with both in her youth . She was of the opinion that "religion" and "churches" were the greatest problem creator in the world . She had a great belief in her God and lived an very christian moral life . A good person was Mum . Always ready to help someone in need . She was of the belief that all you needed to do to talk to God was to raise her eyes to heaven and chat away . No church, required . Bless you Mum, I hope you found your God when you died . Then you have the other type of religious person  Ken Most religion morals etc are based on common sense, i have no problems with people wanting to beleive in something, personally I wish I wasnt such a . . . . . dont what it is, but i refuse to beleive in something that just cant be justified, Im sure there is a catagory I fit in somewhere, and the fanatics do ruin it for everybody, its just a pity the morals are hidden under fantastic stories and impossible scenarios which I find quite frankly impossible to take serious . Im not bashing it, just cant figure it out . |
