I would think the US would rely on China as much as you think the rest of the world rely's on the US . Most people in NZ have little sympathy for the US or its inhabitants And so goes the want to help when it really hits the fan . The current stream in DC is to take care of dem what cares and let the rest of the world burn . It's a case of Pre-Admiral Perry again and I see the US pulling in it's dinner plate and telling the rest of the world to drop dead . |

It's they who are setting hats and warheads toward the Middle East and NOT the oil (which we do NOT have as a reward for the "invasion" and-) which isn't in the pumps or cars of the US either. It's not about the oil - but it IS about politics and religious wars. If it WAS about oil, then we'd be taking beauty-baths in it right now. We ain't. It isn't WMD either. It's about keeping the Arabs at bay so they cannot interfere with Israel's policies and military existence. It wasn't 9-11 either. That was a CIA/FBI plot like Pearl Harbor. I bet Salman Rushdie is behind it all. |

Just interested :) I didn't read any of the restriction signs . Born and bred? Hmmm - interesting that an accident of birth so taints me . Actually, I like most of the intellect here as I find a lot of US sites are about Angelina Jolie's baby and her new haircut . NZers are a lot better educated than what passes for a graduating grade in the US schools . Not that I don't find a little sheep-poop here (get the local relevancy?) - but generally there is a lot of friendly banter about some of your ideals that are intriguing to me . |
