| 747212 | 2009-02-12 15:29:00 | Can I use this 30W light bulb on the ceiling? cgi.ebay.com 090120?IMSfp=TL090120111003r22416 I see at woolworths the max i can get in an ordinary light bulb is 100W So... The 30W energy saving one on ebay that produces 125W shouldn't be a problem because its only using 30W to produce 125W of light not 125W producing 125W of light It should be ok am i right? |

| 747213 | 2009-02-12 17:22:00 | You can get 30W energy savers at some supermarkets Just a case of looking round Or are you specifically after a photo-light? And does your light socket take screw-in or bayonet fitting? The ones you linked to are screw-in |

There would be a most impressive output of light but for a very short time. Then you would have to try to put out the fire. Being in NZ they won't send it to you anyway (note the "ships to:" information) |
