I know this has been answered befor but I couldn't find it in "SEARCH". My comp. was shutting down randomly, decided to bite the bullet and have an upgrade. All good but I need to install something that will allow me to view a picture and not just a blank square with a red cross in the corner. Please advise. |

The red cross picture was in an email from Sony. I have just noticed that at the top of the page it said some pictures have not been loaded to prevent sender identifying your comp. CLICK HERE TO D/L PICTURES. This I did and it then showed the latest Sony products. So no problem. Thanks. |
