| 749657 | 2009-02-20 05:47:00 | If your covered by there red network, i could be a good investment, but I hear there customer service is bad. | davidmmac (4619) | ||
| 749658 | 2009-02-20 06:02:00 | service is ok on a par with most other big ISP's but don't try calling for support it takes hours sometimes. Been running them for about 2 years now and apart from forgetting to connect us when we moved house have been reasonably good | gary67 (56) | ||
| 749659 | 2009-02-20 06:14:00 | I am in the process of changing to them. They are the only ISP in my area that will do 5GB per month on full speed for a reasonable price. |

I commented that Orcon is better than Vodafone in the sense that it is wired, so it will tend to out-perform the latter. If they are weighing up the two, go for the NZ owned company, eg Orcon. Orcon is government owned, so their profits stay in NZ. Vodafone is UK owned, so they send their profits offshore. It is essential as we enter this recession/depression, that we support NZ businesses, and try to minimise the amount of money that goes offshore. |

I think vodafones support is the worst of any provider, they never reply to email support tickets. |
