Other Browser is IE7/Pro to be honest I use that most of the time now.

DownloadHelper - allows downloads of videos from sites (eg youtube)
FlashGot - Downloads every thing on a site.
NoScripts - stops scripts running (unless you allow them)
Torrent Finder Toolbar - for legit downloads only
Xnetusage Monitor - Tells me how much of my monthly download is left (when it works)
Download Manager - Makes my downloads rocket...
