Dual channel memory architecture 3. Support for DDR3 1333*/1066/800 MHz memory modules DDR2: 1. 4 x 1. 8V DDR2 DIMM sockets supporting up to 8 GB of system memory 2. Dual channel memory architecture 3. Support for DDR2 1066*/800/667 MHz memory modules I have 100 bucks to spend and want to get something quality maybe 2x1gb? |

If that DDR 667 is DDR2, then if you want more ram, you'll have to use DDR2 ram, NOT DDR3 ram. You can use 1066 if its DDR2.
