749667 2009-02-20 20:45:00 I have 3.
Xnet
Vodafone (Ihug)
Orcon

I find support about the same for all 3, never bothered emailing any of them.

Orcon can be bad but it depends who you get, I know who to ask for so it makes it a bit less painless.

I haven't had any issues with Vodafone much at all and whenever I have had to ring to ask something I've got through pretty quick and had helpful people at the other end.

749668 2009-02-20 22:10:00 I have been with Ihug (Vodafone) since Jan 1996, ICONZ prior to that.

Had very minimal problems at all. Moved house about a dozen times and all that has gone without problems over the years.

I spent a day working on the Help Desk of Ihug when they were in Newton road and some of the idiotic questions we got were amazing. That was prior to Broadband and Satellite internet.

749669 2009-02-21 05:57:00 Vodafone had issues about 12 months ago, where for the space of 2 months about 50% of all emails to Xtra / Hotmail customers was broken. Email them from your Gmail account and its fine, but Vodafones emails to them kept on getting rejected (From multiple accounts to multiple accounts), and they didnt wanna do anything about it! :(

I was a customer for around 12 years up until last year when we finally got fed up and moved to Xnet .. That wasnt the brightest as Xnets service went downhill once they brought in the Torrent plans. Still trying to convince the account holder to switch to Orcon ;)

749670 2009-02-22 00:29:00 Oh true, Vodafone has now bought iHug, therefore Internet service is largely provided by the latter.

Cheers :)
