850667 2010-01-22 19:04:00 Did you have to resubmit your credit card details or do they just help themselves again after getting the OK from you?

Yes you do haveto re-renter the details.

It's basically the purchase process all over again, the difference being you get a slight discount if you're an existing customer... well at least that's whats happened for me over the last 2 years.

I like ESET as you deal with a kiwi company when making purchases online in NZ.

Thanks,

850668 2010-01-22 19:41:00 As ChiefNZ said - re-enter your details every time. They reissue a new invoice every time your contract expires. Easy as sin. Although I like Nod32 a lot, this is also one of the reasons to stay with them, and if you have any problems, their staff can't do too much to help - they even trawl PF1, as you guys may know.

850669 2010-01-22 20:37:00 And they even have a scene of humor - You only have to listen to their phone message ( Ithink its still the same during business hours) when deciding which department / Person to contact. Once I decided to press one option I normally wouldn't -- Hmmmmmmmmmm:rolleyes: They are great people to deal with. wainuitech (129)

Excellent .

I'm not particularly impressed with companies that insist on helping themselves to my money without me having any choice .
