It's basically the purchase process all over again, the difference being you get a slight discount if you're an existing customer... well at least that's whats happened for me over the last 2 years. I like ESET as you deal with a kiwi company when making purchases online in NZ. Thanks, |

Although I like Nod32 a lot, this is also one of the reasons to stay with them, and if you have any problems, their staff can't do too much to help - they even trawl PF1, as you guys may know. sarel |
