I was thinking of scanning for: MTU MSS TCP receive window Then a whole bunch of calcs from the DSL line condition. And then just put a little expanding triangle (Great idea Jenny from work!) So all that tech guff is hidden. Also I was going to add a javascript dictionary that does a mouseover for any word which is too technical. (For the whole site I was even tempted to have a languages bar English | Geek which I might still do, but I will have to get the basics up there first.) |
