We are on Telstra Clear for phone and broadband and just of late we have noticed that we can no longer surf to www.whitepages.co.nz or www.yellowpages.co.nz, and these links don't work from the main Yellowpages group site either. We believe that we are being blocked from this site by Telecom, as I have been able to surf to this page through the use of a free anonymous web proxy page (used one called hidemyass, google it.), these proxys are located offshore, put in www.whitepages.co.nz and waaalaa! Whitepages website comes up. I have been trying since Friday 3pm to get it the usual way, but to no avail. It happens on all our PCs here at home. Is anyone else having trouble getting to these sites that aren't on Xtra? If so are you a Telstra Clear broadband customer like us or with another provider?? Just checking that we aren't the only ones having trouble, as i couldn't find anyone else with a problem, maybe i wasn't using the correct keywords to search. Cheers, Cara |
